Dear Developers,
I have created an report and i want to show that report in homepage of end user.
Like we are able to create an homepage , can we give that access to end user who has itil role.
As a admin, i can see as below
But for an end user who has itil role , can't see the (+) icon in his homepage as below
i cann't see (+) icon on end user login.
Could anyone suggest , how can i show the report which i have created above snapshot to the homepage of end user?
Hi,
Creating homepage require Admin role. if you want to create and set new homepage for ITIL users then you need to do this as an admin.
Please refer to - Create a global homepage or a homepage for specific users
If you want to add existing report to self-service homepage you can select self-service as homepage as an admin user and click on Add Content and select the required report to add.
Now you can set that homepage as a ITIL user homepage.
