I have been looking for a way to set up two list views called My Tasks and My Group Tasks which will show ALL tasks from all modules in a single view such that I can see Change Tasks, Data Certification Tasks, etc in a single list view.
Has anyone done this? I can't find anything like it natively in the tool but it is something which is present in BMC Remedy ITSM and people are asking for it.

"TASK" Table is parent of all the Tasks. You can create a Filter for groups on Task table to get your requirement.
It Comes OOB as Michael stated above.

My Groups Work doesn't show tasks which are explicitly assigned to you, unless it is also assigned to your group. I was looking for a solution which didn't necessitate utilizing two different list views.

It does not, btw, come OOTB. My Groups Work shows those assigned to your group but not to you explicitly unless also assigned to your group. My work shows only those assigned to you but not those assigned to your group.
I was looking for a solution which shows both in the same list.
Your suggestion lead me to a final solution. I followed your recommendation in creating a report, then making it a gauge - works beautifully
