How to show employee based on the manager in a reference field

We have user reference field 'requested for' in this field dropdowns should show the user who has same manager

eg:- if my manager opens this item and if he clicks on the requested for field then employees who is working under him should show the dropdown list

Can any one please help on this

Have you tried using the Simple condition on the reference field like the following:

That should filter the Requested For reference field by whoever the current manager is.
