How to show popup resolution code and resolution notes when MIM is resolved in SOW

Hi,

Can anyone help on how to show 'resolution code and resolution notes' as a pop up when we resolve the incident from service operations workspace view.

I checked on my PDI, OOB it works fine.

Can you please help me on this. It will helpful.
