How to show related list internally/in ITSM for Catalog Items

Hi,

This is semi related to a post I made a few weeks ago about display related lists in the Service Portal and restricting access. Viewable at https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/hide-quot-related-articles-quot-for-catalog-ite...for anyone curious.

Now, we are trying to have the same related list display internally/in the ITSM application for our agents. Does anyone know how or what view needs to be modified to allow related lists to be displayed for agents submitting Catalog Items? Our related list is titled "Related Articles" which should show Knowledge Base article links relevant to the Catalog Item.

Internal/ITSM view for ServiceNow admins. We'd like to have the "Related Articles" list accessible to non-admins, too, but only that related list and no others. I have not been able to find where I need to make a related list for a Catalog Item accessible to non-admins, if this featured is even offered.
