How to show the Inbox Icon in SOW for itil users?

Hi,

I have an issue that only admin can see the Inbox icon in SOW, maybe there is a specific role that responsible for that, any suggestion?

"awa_agent" is the role that gives access to the inbox icon.

Hi , Can i include itil user to view and receive notification in inbox for request and sc_task updates (basically an alert system)

I don't think it is possible to receive notifications on the inbox.
