Hi,
I have an issue that only admin can see the Inbox icon in SOW, maybe there is a specific role that responsible for that, any suggestion?

Hi @purvapare ,
The notifications mentioned in the above documents appear in the right top notifications panel. And you can you it for ITIL role.
