How to skip managers aprroval if the manager names are(Rahul, Ram and Rajesh) from flow designer?

Hi 

I have requriment like if the user submit the request if requested for manager is one of (Rahul, Ram and Rajesh) it should skip the manager approval and needs to trigger the Group approval to ABC team or if requsted for manager is not from this list (Rahul, Ram and Rajesh) it will trigger normal requested for line manager approval. How can achive this from Flow designer.

Hi @Ranjit Nimbalka  Thanks for this clarification but after this approval my flow was struck and its not creating any task even though create task activity is available may I know what’s the reason for this one ?
