Hie Team,

If anyone can help me with below requirement.

How to sort any field by default in list layout in ServiceNow?
For example, I am having incidents table and a field name as Opened, if I want to order by "Opened" in list layout by Default, how can I achieve it,

Thanks,

Hi @Ankita NA ,

You can refer the below article,

https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0758120

Or Navigate To ''sys_user_preference" table search for the table name for example incident, then open incident.db.order there change the value from number to order and keep user empty and system empty,
