Hi Connections,

 

Counter of Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow does not work as expected?

 

Is there any update from ServiceNow side on this, the counter of knowledge base articles SHOULD NOT BE RESET TO ZERO after updates to an article. The counter is undergoing resets every time a KB article receives an update. 

 

This is affecting ALL knowledge base articles so it has to be corrected for ALL articles and  have to make sure that future articles have no counter reset when they receive any updates.

 

How to overcome this issue. Is this a  OOB Functionality/updated functionality? 

What steps to be taken to stop this issue.
