Hi Atul,

while I am login to PDI through a mobile we browser https://dev225175.service-now.com , it is redirecting to the google page. as per this Block mobile browsers like Safari but allow portal on ServiceNow Agent app. - Support and Troublesho....

--But while I am implementing the same in the project instance, it is redirecting to the service portal page through a mobile web browser.

Requirement : Need to stop the redirection to the portal page on the mobile browser so that the users land on $m.do and redirect to the custom page.

Your query is open ended statement, It may causing this issue due to some custome code. So try to revert some changes which you/team did recently for mobile app, track those modifications and find the root cause.
