On the location form I have added the related list Outages.
There can be multiple outages per location.
I want to sum all these outage durations linked to a specific location and use this value in a specific field on the location form.
Anyone know how to achieve this?
I have tried this solution https://www.servicenow.com/community/employee-center-forum/calculate-the-total-duration-hours-from-d... but it does not work.
