How to switch a new chatbot from existing chatbot in virtual agent ?

Hi All,
I have one requirement on virtual agent, whenever user is not satisfied with the chatbot response, we have to create the new query, So bot will give options to the user as chat with support/helpdesk team, Whenever user hit the chat with support/helpdesk team it want to be open a new chatbot and hide the first chatbot and redirect to the support/helpdesk team chatbot and connect with them. Can anyone please help on this.
