Hi Naman,
I guess, I found your issue. I believe you are not able to redirect Azure login URL.
Add this below system property in your instance sys_properties table and try open your instance URL.
glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp = "Sys id of your Azure Identity provider"
Let me know if its fix your issue

Vivek

Hi Naman,
It should work..In previous threads you said like you entered passwords manually in servicenow which is not necessary..Do the following steps and let me know if that works
1) Create a user in Azure AD and wait for that to sync with Servicenow.
2) Once user shows in ServiceNow open your browser in incognito or private mode
3)Hit your ServiceNow url..It should redirect you to Azure login page..Login with the newly created user id with password.
If everything is fine, you should be able to login.
Regards,
Vivek

Hello naman,
Did that answer your question? Cause we have the same issue and it was because of an unmatching UserID and Email. On your screenshot, the user ID is different from the email. What we did is, homologate the email for both userID and Email and not they're able to login properly.
How did you solve it?
