How to Translate Icon Link like "Knowledge Base" on Service Portal

Hi I was trying to translate Icon Link "Knowledge Base" in some different language, I tried it through Translated Name Text Fields but still it is not working.

Would you please share where you put the translations for the icon_link widgets? I'm struggling to find even that.

Hi Sue,

 

It gets Translated automatically when we change the language of the system if not then we have to create an entry for it under System Localization in table Translated Name/Fields.

In this we define the translation and the data gets changed then.

I wound up changing my language, updating the portal and the icon link text and saving that. That may have created the Translation table entry as well.
