How to trigger a business rule or flow on the sys_audit table from the Serivce Operations Workspace

I have an integration that is being set up the is requires the syncing of comments. It works perfectly fine using the classic record view but it inconsistent when using the Service Operations Workspace to add comments.

I have tried using a flow/business rule on the sys_audit table to sync the comments but I have the same experience. If I use the classic view, it works but if I use the Service Operations Workspace they do not trigger.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂

In which form u adding comments in workspace?

Is the table static? I mean for eg u trying to add in incident form on classic view but in workspace some issue.

If that's the case u can create a BR on incident table n trigger it whenever the comments changes.
