How to troubleshoot long time open form ?

Hi,

 

We are experiencing long time issues when opening a form on sys_user table.

 

When we are in the list view, from the moment when i click on a record and the moment where the form open, it takes usually an average of 10 seconds.

 

I was wondering, what was the best practices to try to know what's happening ?

as a first starting point please follow instructions on page https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/administer/platform-... 

Then you also can disable all Client Scripts and UI Policies and test. Then activate one artifact after another and test each time. That way you can narrow down the root cause.
