How to turn off MFA for Admin user in vendor instance

Hi.  I would like to turn off MFA for the admin user in my vendor instance provided to me as part of inclusion in the TPP program.  For the life of me I cannot figure out how to do this.

I've gone to the user admin section and it says it's not active (at least I think so)

I've made sure it's not turned on in the admin role (at least I think so)

In the "Related Links" page that points to >Multi-Factor Authentication and I'm expecting to see a button that says disable MFA, but it's not there.

This article seemed the closest, but I'm still not (apparently) finding what I need):

If anybody could point me in the right direction I would be incredibly appreciative.

Can you navigate to System Definition --> Plugins. Search for "Integration - Multifactor Authentication plugin" and see if it is installed or not?

So yeah, I did do that and it does appear to be installed.  But I'll check again and attached a screenshot here.

So this is interesting.  I hope this screenshot comes through:

It's one of the few in the list where "Install" is grey.  I'm going to try to "repair" it and see if that makes a difference.

Just to close this thread off.  When I checked on a different vendor instance I was able to turn off MFA without issue.  I'm going to chalk this up to 'ghost in the machine' stuff.  I had SNOW support zBoot that instance.

Thx Muhammad for the help.

Thanks Andy for the update 🙂
