Any specific reason to track these changes? bcz it will inscase load on sys logs table.

The requirement is that lot of changes happening in group naming and all i do understand that it is not right practice so how can we specifically restrict it to description and naming changes in particular.

Didn't see this post last week, just wanted to echo the answer given pointing to how to enable audit on field level.
DON'T enable audit for a whole table. That's how we did development 10 years ago. Developers doing that nowadays, need a bit of knowledge update 😁.
