how to update all user email addresses

Hi everyone,

Our company is in the process of migrating all user email addresses to a new email. My email was updated today and I realized I couldn't login with my old email and had to use the record I manually created as a back up. (firstname.lastname)

I was not involved in the initial set up to ingest user records. I was hoping to get feedback on what is the best way to determine what records have been migrated to a new email address, so we don't ingest duplicate records. We currently have multi providers sso-identity provider-Onelogin configured with Update User Record Upon Each Login checked. I'm not sure what the best approach to use is or where to start..do I export records and create a transform map or is there a background script I should use??

Thanks for any feedback and guidance you can provide.
