Newbie here,
I have found an XML file I would like to import in to my instance. I have clicked in to a random table and right-clicked a column to select Import XML. After uploading the XML file to my instance, it takes me back to the previous screen and when I try to search for it, I cannot find it.
I've attached the XML that I am trying to import to use. If someone could tell me the correct way to import this document and apply it to my service portal page (Ticket form for requesting items), I would greatly appreciate it. Does the title of the XML file stay with it when I upload it in to SN?
I just want to use this widget on my service portal for users to mange their requests. Here is what i want it to look like: there should be a cancel request button on the top right hand side.

No. It's 'SP Widgets 4' in my system.
Please mark my response above as correct if I've answered your question. Thanks!

This file is an update set. You can find the uploaded update set under 'System Definition -> Retrieved Update Sets' in your left nav. You'll need to preview and commit the update set and then you'll see the widgets available in the service portal.

Thank you for your reply! So i actually did upload it as an update set but I can not find it in my retrieved update sets. Is the name of the update set the name of the XML file?
