How to use AI with virtual agent ?

Hi all,

I need to use the AI functionality in a virtual agent.

For example, I need the virtual agent to suggest the user a solution to their problem based on resolved cases in the system.

Please guide me which plugins to install and how to use them.

Hi Ellen,

 

You can use Now Assist QA search , I would do Now Assist for ITSM as well.

 

Once Installed you can look at the skills and enable the one highlighted below

True, but if you want to do hands on, you can do Now Learning course where you get Lab for 4days to do hands on.
