Hi
I have a view called 'case' in my incident form. sometimes this view is visible in the list of views, so I can switch to 'case' view. But sometimes not. Also some users can not ever see 'case' option in the list of views of incident form. Are there any specific rules written for views that can control the above behavior?

You can control who has access to the form views by specifying Roles in the UI views.
Navigate to System UI -> Views, and then specify roles.
You can also control when you want to a particular view to be displayed with the help of View Rules
