In the standard change. There is OOTB record producer is using to create the template for the standard change. i.e. Proposed the new standard change template. Once we proposed the new template it will create one record in the std_change_proposal table along with approval will go to the assignment group populated in the record.

By default,
1. Assignment rule is using to populate the assignment group in the proposal record.
2. Standard change proposal workflow is using for triggering the approval.

Requirement is instead of "Assignment rule" want to use "change approval policy" for populating the assignment group. In the normal change workflow there is a activity present "change policy" so in the normal change approval is triggering based on the change policy but In the standard change proposal workflow that activity is not present. how we can configure that so that approval go according to the change policy.

Hi @katiyar_arpit

For this, you need to check the Standard Change Proposal flow to see in which Change approval configured. it has been created and which Assignment Group is set for approval.
