Please refer the below thread:
few use cases I can think of is...
HRSD has this COE concepts where HR cases are segregated into different categories like payroll, learning and development, talent management etc...
You can utilise Life cycle events to streamline Employee onboarding, off boarding, Transfer etc....
you can also have a seperate HR Knowledge base under HR portal to catter HR Policies, Benefits etc..
Employee Document Management is another important use case.
