I am not able to apply my voucher in webassessor.

Hi Everyone,

 

I am not able to apply my voucher in webassessor.

This voucher has assigned me when I was working with my previous organization.

I have merged that account with my new organization and transferred all my vouchers and certifications to the new organization's email id.

Please share the reason if you know this.

@Dr Atul G- LNG , I just got my email address updated in Webassessor today, but my Webassessor account is still showing the old login ID, Could this cause any problem?

Hi @Chhavi Dixit 

It takes 24-48 hours to get updated, so just wait and see if you can claim that voucher. In my case, I never registered Webassessor with my company ID; I have my Webassessor on my personal ID, but my Now Learning is linked to my company ID. So, when I change the company, it's the Now Learning account that needs to be updated, not Webassessor.

I always complete my certifications before moving to a new company. But don’t worry, it will be resolved soon.
