I am unable to login to my instance. I could login yesterday successfully. Can someone please help its very important?

I request immediate help in this.

I logged in to my personal instance yesterday it worked properly and now I am unable to login. It's my 6 months practice and I need all my data for my learning. Look like everything is lost. Please help.   I am getting different url,   I am sure it did not expire and it's not taken away from me. However, I see a different user name and a password.

My Instance (Required) : dev39173.service-now.com

Please can someone assist me.

This is to the reference to the request i have give last week nbr # Ref:MSG3216210, I got my previous instance but the custome data is missing , so i kindly request to help me out in getting back. for this i'm not able to practice in my instance as i refer my codes and move further . Awaiting for the positive response.

Need help again. when I login i got new instance dev38513.service-now.com and my data can also been seen. I release this dev38513.service-now.com instance to get my old instance dev39173.servicen-now.com as inform in the email .wheni I release   I got new instance https://dev38103.service-now.com and data is missing again. Kindly Help Me again.
