I am using document intelligence to extract the data from attach document on the case form

Hi ,

I am new to Document intelligence and try to configure the use cases by extracting the document in document task tab. But when it processes throwing error message "Failed to process this task".

What may be the reason for this error message?

Are you using document intelligence on PDI or any demo instance ?

SomashekarB, Document Intelligence is not supported in PDI's for now, so this maybe the reason that its failing.
