i Can able to do WhatsApp Integration from Service now by using the UI macro's But i can not do Bidi

Hi Team,

i Can able to do WhatsApp Integration from Service now by using the UI macro's But i can not do Bidirectional Integration for Ex: if i send Hi message to WhatsApp number from ServiceNow same way i have send reply message to service now. Is That possible if yes can help on this.
