Have you tried the "Manage Instance Password" link on the Developer site?

Hi @LuisaM ,

 

What is the issue? 

 

If you log into https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home, can  you then press "Start building"?

How to get my PDI back? Long time without use  it

Once a PDI is claimed back, not possible to get it back. Please request for a new PDI.
