I can't upload image

Hi,

Before i upload image file.png, successful ! but now i can't upload image file.png

please follow the image : this's display after click upload.

I upload image:logo_.png but unsuccessful

Hello Suchawadee,

I am not certain, but it may be that file name contains restricted characters like dashes or underscores or backslashes.

You may try removing those.

Can you provide the screenshot of the image properties by right clicking the image you are using ...

also are giving the right name of the image to be upload..pls provide screen shot of that also.

i can upload this image on instance other but for this instance can't upload image.
