It seems at some point someone customized a heat map because they wanted to see more distinct colors, but for some reason it got rid of the numbers on the report. Is there a way I can keep the color customization but add the numbers back?
I've attached a screenshot of the report and one of what it looks like when you are editing the report. You can see the one on the dashboard has a lot of color without numbers and when editing I can actually add the more plain one to a dashboard without issue, but I'm trying to get both color and numbers. Any help would be appreciated.
Update: I opened a support ticket with ServiceNow about this and they claim this is a known defect that will be fixed in Utah.

hi @CatchTheFletch ,
Can you please also shared how the style tab is configured in relation to the colors?

Hi,
Please can anyone sayis there is a way to edit heat map colours based on axis (impact/urgency) and not based on maximum and minimum scores.
I have a heatmap based on imapct and urgency and wanted to color code it in a standard way.
3-low x 3-low =green
2-medium x 2-medium = yellow
1-high x 1-red = red
Much appreciated, if i can find a way for it.
Thanks..!!
