Hi @abc1233 ,
Can you check the state change values. Is it automatically get set to Scheduled state or what are the conditions configured in your instance?
Thanks,
Abhishek

Hi @abc1233
Have you examined the flow or workflow for any issues? What conditions or requirements are needed to proceed to the next step, or is there any error that is appearing?
Cheers,
Tai Vu

Hi @abc1233
1. Please check do you have role to move the change to schedule state.
2. Check any validation like till change not reach to plan start date it will not move to schedule
3. Any Approval pending?
4. Try to create a new change and test and share screen shot / code to support you.
