Hi All

Change request fields plan start date & end date, justification, roll out plan, and test plan all the fields information should be visible on the change task email notification. please provide a solution.

In "What it will contain" section of email notification you can choose fields to add in the email layout.

You can either use the 'what it will contain' section and then select the variables OR by using notification email script as below:

(function runMailScript(current, template, email, email_action, event) {
		template.print('<b>Plan Start Date:</b> '+ current.<update_backend_name_of_this_field>.getDisplayValue());     	
		template.print("<br/><b>Plan End Date:</b> "+ current.<update_backend_name_of_this_field>.getDisplayValue());
		template.print('<br/><b> justification:</b> '+ current.<update_backend_name_of_this_field>);
})(current, template, email, email_action, event);
