I have one requirement on Incident List View

Hi There,

 

   I have one requirement, in that i need to Auto populate caller's Department, and Email after selecting Caller.

And i have achieved this by Dot walk to user Table.

And which is working, But now what i need to do is, i need to show these fields on List of Incident Table, for that,

On Incident list layOut i have added these fields.

But these are not coming on List ,

So how can i get Caller's Department and Email on Incident List , can anyone please help me on this.

Hello, if you look at the top message at your last picture, it tells you that you have personalised your list. So you need to reset it to default and your new view will show 🙂🙂‌ Just select the reset columns to default, should look like the attachment

Open your personalize list columns and there you will have a button in the bottom "Reset to Column default". use that button to rest the personalize columns then you will get the caller department and email.

Hi,
Incident list view ->  caller -> configure -> list layout - > click on Caller and do the dot walking to select your required fields.

In the second image, you can see a message saying you've personalized your things.

After doing the changes over list layout do as below

open the personalised list layout and click on reset column defaults as shown in this image
