I lost grid or background on my fields workspace

I want to modify my record in the UI Builder, but unfortunately, I've lost the grid or background fields. How can I fix it ?

Check the same in PDI and do the changes.,

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, I have found a custom theme but was missing "Shape and Form".
