I'm unable to login to serviceNow library

I tried to login into serviceNow library for ebook. I'm unable to remember my username and i'm unable to reset it .

any leads would be appreciated and thanks in advance

If so, then create a case from the Help Centre at ServiceNow University: Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance

NOTE: If you do not remember the answers to your security questions, please create a support case. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance. Enter a new password
I forgot my ServiceNow Inkling account username	If you forgot your username, please create a support case. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
My temporary password is not working (reactivation or welcome email)	Create a case if the temporary password from ServiceNow University is not working. Otherwise, reset your password from the login screen of the ServiceNow Inklings Library.
Why did I receive a reactivation email?	You have received this email because your ServiceNow Inkling account had no active eBooks and therefore was deactivated. Please refer to the reactivation email with instructions on how to reactivate your account.
