Could anyone help me to find some sample projects on servicenow admin/developer to work on. I am new to servicenow application and recently completed my certification as system admin.

I concur with Nia on the free personal developer instance. The learning team has been working hard to make new learning paths which will give you some great experience.

Also, find yourself a personal project to invest in. That's what I do. "What challenges, problems, inefficiencies do I have in my daily life that I might solve with ServiceNow?" and then go work on them. Many of my favorite learning experiences come from solving my own problems. - I happen to be working on one right now.
