I need to select the number from 1 to 10 in survey without using the radio button/check boxes, where it should be displayed as NPS Survey with color format like Smiles . Attached Image for reference.
Do we have any method other than image scale.

Hi @Community Alums
You need to create a custom template to display NPS values as smiles or any other icons.
For a demo, i just created the numbers using paint (attached) and added that to the survey.
Steps:
1. Create new survey question and select the data type as "Template". Once you select template, one more mandatory field will appear "Template".
2. Click search icon on the "Template" field and create new template.
3. Create template definitions by clicking "New" button in the "Assessment template definition" related list
4. Create new values and use the preferred image
Output:
Before selection:
After selection:
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Siva

Hi Siva,
Thanks for the reply , i was able to achieve using the image scale data type itself and updated the image which i created for numbers but there is some gap between the images example:- 0 and 1. my requirement is to update that without the spaces like in image , is it possible in any other way?
