I have a Requirement like I want list of incidents that are opened on today as soon as I hit on link it automatically downloaded in system.

How can i download it plz help.

Hi @Ankit Kumar6 ,
You can create a UI action and select the checkbox for List Link as True. Write script to download the list in the script field of UI Action.

Hello Ankit,

Create a Processors under System Definition.

Create a UI Action with List link. On the script link call the processor go get the incident as pdf.
