About Advanced User Criteria selection in Audience (Scheduled Content)

Hi People,
I'm not able to select the Advanced User Criteria in Audience (Scheduled Content). The system says, "Advanced User Criteria is not available here". I'm attaching a screenshot along with this post. Is there any other way to use advanced criteria for a scheduled content? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hi Lyndsay,
I was able to achieve my requirement without the selection of advanced user criteria. Also I did a research on this and I came to the conclusion, that this is not doable. I am Sorry that I could be of no help to you on this.
