The flow designing should be manager approvels and notification and setup value.

Requirement : One generic flow I should add to 10 catalog items using flow designing.

Outline of the flow, modify it accordingly as per your need/requirement. 

You can tag this workflow for any number catalog items flow engine where the flow is going to be the same. 

Make sure the variables/variable set used have the same database value. Best practice is to use "Variable Set" for easy maintenance.
