Hi @Aditya02

you can follow these steps it helps you to change the logo

  1. Navigate to All > System Properties > My Company.
  2. To upload your company logo, select Click to add or Update beside UI16 Banner Image.
  3. Click Choose file and select the file, and then click OK.
To use an image URL instead of a file on your hard drive, enter the URL in the file upload window.
Note: The image can be high resolution, but when it displays it is scaled based on the aspect ratio. It scales to a maximum of 20px high.

Hi @Aditya02 ,

First try to clear Cache of the instance and just check properties like glide.ui.logo (for the logo) and glide.ui.banner_image in System properties.

Should my answer prove to be helpful, kindly mark it as such by clicking "Accept as Solution" and "Helpful."

Hi @Aditya02 ,

Here are some alternative solutions if you're still unable to change the banner image in ServiceNow UI16:

  • Create a new CSS script: Navigate to System Definition > Scripts > CSS Scripts.
  • Add CSS rules: Write CSS code to override the default banner image and style.
  • Apply the script: Assign the CSS script to the UI16 page in System Properties > General > UI16.

  • Create a custom HTML page: Navigate to System Definition > Pages.
  • Add HTML content: Include the desired banner image and any necessary styling within the HTML structure.
  • Set as default: Set the custom page as the default page for UI16 in System Properties > General > UI16.

  • Search for similar issues: Look for discussions or solutions related to banner image changes in the ServiceNow community forums.
  • Ask for help: Post a question detailing your issue and the steps you've already tried.

  • Contact ServiceNow support: If you've exhausted all other options, reach out to ServiceNow support for further assistance and troubleshooting.
