Hi
I am trying to build a pivot table report on incident table as source in Performance Analytics. I want to display Reassignment Count as Column & Assignment Group as rows. In case of assignment group i want to show only 2 groups support a row for Assingment group i.e Service Desk and another row which will display reassignment count count of all groups excluding Service Desk.
Can i do it? If yes then how?
Any help will be appreciated.
