Icon not showing in Portal

Hi All,

I've been hunting around for anything to answer this question on-line but can't find anything conclusive, so hoping someone can help me.

I've created a record producer called 'General HR Query & Advice' and added a logo and picture - see below:

However - the icon doesn't seem to show anywhere at all - only the picture shows as you can see below:

I think the logo is only for use inside the old catalog, or CMS, but is someone able to confirm this?

Or is there any use for the logo at all any longer in Jakarta onwards?

From what I have seen, your assumption in correct.   Icon isn't used in the Service Portal.

I finally found confirmation in the documentation that yes this is working correctly, icons are oly for the 'back end' not the portal.

I have looked for this link again , but unable to find it sorry... it's been a while since I found it.
