ICT Tasks being triggered to the respective support groups for action

ICT Tasks being triggered to the respective support groups for action from the MIM Workbench which should not be triggered as workbench has not been rolled out yet. Please disable all these tasks from the backend so these are not generated until the workbench is fully operationalized.

 

Unable to find the source of Task generation. Please help

Did you check the incident community task that is mapped to MIM?
