If approver approves then other approvers state moves to'no longer required'(Legal Service Delivery)

If in 'Approvers' tab 2 or more approvers are added & if anyone approves/rejects the request the other approvers state set to 'no longer required'.

But I want the approvers approve/reject the request individually, i.e. If any one approver approve/reject the request the other approvers also should be able to approve/reject the request.

In flow designer, I've configured action as 'All users approves or reject' and selected the group name, still it's not working as expected. Also checked with '% of users approve' action - no success

Also checked '# of  users approve' - no success

Is there any solution for this? or in flow designer 'all users approve or reject' and other options in bold doesn't work?

Need expertise!

@Peter Bodelier

'If first approval is rejected, and second is approved', then manually request should be closed/cancelled/complete, either both approvers approves or both approvers reject, the request will be manually closed/cancelled/complete.

Requirement:

1. If 2 approvers are there both approvers should have ability to accept/reject individually, i.e. if first approver approves then 2nd approvers state should be 'requested', not 'no longer required'.

2. Above screenshot would help you to understand the requirement.

i.e. If a approver approves/reject then another approvers state should be 'requested', not 'no longer required'.

3. Currently what is happening is, if from both approvers anyone approver approves/rejects the approval then other approver's state is changed to 'no longer required'. And that should not be happening. Please find attached screenshot below:
