Hi @Raj12341
Few points
1 Do you 2 groups named as ITIL and NON ITIL?
2. How you want to do this, like from catalog item or doing manually?

Hi @Raj12341
Happy , now you use the right terms here.
But what is use case of this
Ex
A is user having approver role and now if you add A in ITIL Group and then Approver role need to be removed. Where A has nothing much to do with ITIL, so how you handle these case?
This is one example, and Admin role to all users is TOO RISKY.
So 1st, is need to see the business impact and then we can plan a solution , may be scheduled job or Flow or catalog item.
