Ignore header email filter filtering emails from other instances

Activated Email Filters plugin.

The OOB email filter, Ignore header, filters out emails to the Junk folder if the header contains X-ServiceNow-Generated:true.

We have one instance, sender@service-now.com, that sends a daily scheduled report to a second instance, receiver@service-now.com. The Ignore header filter on the receiver instance filters out the email. We do not want it to be filtered out.

How do we fix this? Why does the Ignore header filter filter out headers that contain X-ServiceNow-Generated:true?

This is because a loop could get created between the instance.
