When I am entering in Virtual Agent Designer in my PDI I get a prompt saying "llegal access to getter method getMessage in class java.lang.NullPointerException". If I click to open a topic, it shows Connecting and it doesn't load anything, it stays like this.

Hi there,
Since when are you getting this error? Did you just install Virtual Agent? Did you perform a Upgrade? Etcetera.
Since its a PDI, you can always opt for plugin "repair" within the Application Manager.
Kind regards,

Hi,
I was working and I wanted to create a new NLU Model and suddenly the PDI was not working, I created the Model - starting from blank , and they it didn't load me the model. I went back to VA Designer and I noticed that error and the fact that the VA topics are not opening. The rest of the things work fine in the PDI.

Hi @diana_tat,
We recently had this exact same issue after doing a fresh install / update of Virtual Agent in a demo instance. After opening a Support Case, it turns out that there was an issue with an OOB Property.
The error observed is due to empty value in the System Property 'glide.shared_service_scheduler.url'. To resolve, update the Value of the Property to the expected OOB Value:
https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/
Hope this helps.
